..The Model is the variant with two drying tables. In fact, this machine can be supplied with two or more independent overlay and horizontal tables, with single control panel which, upon request, can be predisposed for future installation of additional tables, always granting the possibility of adjusting different drying times for each table.
....This is a considerable advantage which allows high working flexibility according to specific production requirements.
These machines imposed themselves in all world markets due to their sturdy construction, reliability and easy operation thanks to the following main construction characteristics:
- Oleodynamic system to open and close the tables by single-acting hydraulic pistons.
- Drying tables in AISI 316 stainless steel, 5mm thick, with special surface finishing. Table sizes upon request.
- Condensation system of vapours drawn from leathers, by means of condensers built-in in the table with extractible tube bundle having high condensing capacity and rapidity.
- Heating system of the tables by hot-water circulation, with pump, heat exchanger and table temparature adjustment from 40 to 90°C
- Safety systems by electric, mecnanical and oleodynamic sateties of highest reliability.
- Extraction capacity of liquids contained in leather: max. 70-10 Kg/h for each sq. mt. of gross surface.
- Average hourly productions rate: 60-100 sq. ft. for each sq. mt. of gross surface.
- Condensers cooling water demand: 85 lt/h for 1 Kg/h water drawn from leather ( at 15°C inlet water temperature an 22°C outlet water temperature).
